Contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional postal code, subject, message, optional topic, and any campaign preferences you select (updates, volunteering, or lawn sign interest). This information is used to respond to you and, if you opt in, to send campaign-related communications.

Campaign updates

You only receive campaign updates if you choose that option. You can request removal from campaign communications by emailing the campaign contact address listed on the site.

Resident input (future)

If resident polls or “have your say” tools are added, results may be shown in aggregate (for example, percentages and total responses). Personal contact information is not displayed publicly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not display your email or address publicly. We do not use browser fingerprinting or hidden tracking as a substitute for consent.

Storage

Contact submissions are stored in a private database used by the campaign. Access is limited to campaign operations.
